I was in search of a HVAC company that was thorough and dependable. CJ showed up on time. He also texted me to inform me his ETA. CJ checked the outside unit. He checked the inside unit. He cleaned out the drain pipe which I had problems with last year, because a different HVAC company did not clean it out. CJ discussed what he was and wasn't doing and why. From my first impression, Bee Comfortable met the two criteria I was wanting; thoroughness and dependability. They also confirmed that if I have an issue on weekends or off hours during the week, they will be available to fix the problem. Therefore, Bee Comfortable is my new Go-To HVAC company.
