On top of being a great guy to chat with, Colin has the ability to break down complex concepts that were unfamiliar to us in a very simple and concise way that made the flood of numbers and info digestible for us. He was available seemingly at all times of the day to chat with us. There were several times we had a question and called Colin for guidance - he was always helpful and understanding of our needs. He creates walkthrough videos that we also found very helpful, where he'd go through a large process or document for us item by item and break everything down.
