Chanin is knowledgeable and responsive. I like how she is straight to the point which makes which makes her easy to understand, as well as her walk thru guidance of the process. She is thorough and makes sure all things are collected for a seemingly simple closing. I say seemingly because I know it’s a lot of work and requires a lot of knowledge and attention but she makes it feel so simple that I did not have to worry. I enjoyed her professionalism as well as the appropriate amount of being personal. Overall I truly enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her!
